PBS Holding, Inc. launched its temporary staffing services line in 2002 through its subsidiary Concord Staffing Services, and has since been developing and providing innovative staffing services to companies across Texas. The industry has evolved from simply being suppliers of “temporary” workers in mostly unskilled or lower-skilled classifications on short-term assignments. We work diligently to educate our customers on how to use our range of services to their best advantage.
